  • Badge registration for Exhibitors
  • Graduate students (Au.D./Ph.D./Sc.D.) who ARE members of the ILAA at the time of registration.
  • For audiology graduate students (Au.D./Ph.D./Sc.D.) who ARE members of the ILAA at the time of registration, and who will attend only one full day (Th or Fr).
  • For audiology graduate students (Au.D./Ph.D./Sc.D.) who ARE members of the ILAA at the time of registration.
  • For audiology graduate students (Au.D./Ph.D./Sc.D.) who are NOT current members of the ILAA, for full (W-F) attendance
  • For audiology graduate students (Au.D./Ph.D./Sc.D.) who are NOT members of the ILAA at the time of registration, and who will attend one day (Th / Fr) only.
  • For audiology graduate students (Au.D./Ph.D./Sc.D.) who are NOT members of the ILAA at the time of registration.
  • For people who have ILAA membership at the time of registration & will attend the full convention.
  • For those with current membership in the ILAA who will attend only one day (TH or FR)
  • For those with membership in the ILAA at the time of registration who will attend Wednesday only.
  • For those who do not have membership in ILAA at the time of registration & plan to attend the full convention.
  • For those without current ILAA membership who will attend only one day (Th or Fr).
  • For those without current membership in the ILAA who will attend only Wednesday.
  • For undergraduate students attending the full convention.
  • For undergraduate students who will attend only Th or Fr.
  • For those with ILAA membership at the time of registration who will attend the full convention.
  • An ILAA member who will attend one day only (Thurs or Friday).
  • ILAA members who will attend Wednesday only.
  • For those without membership in the ILAA at the time of registration who will attend the full convention.
  • A non-member of ILAA who will attend only one day (Thursday or Friday).
  • A non-member of ILAA who will attend only on Wednesday.
  • Student member of ILAA who will attend the full convention.
  • A student member of ILAA who will attend one full day (Thursday or Friday).
  • Student members of ILAA who will attend only on Wednesday.
  • Graduate students in audiology who will attend the full convention but are NOT student members of the ILAA.
  • Audiology graduate students who are NOT members of the ILAA and who will attend one day (Thursday or Friday) only.
  • Audiology graduate students who are NOT members of the ILAA who will attend only Wednesday.

2012 is the year to attend, Chicago is the place to be in January!  We have an all-star roster of presenters, with ABA Tier I hours available for an amazing EIGHT sessions, a session on ethics, and a Wednesday special track in Pediatrics.  Network with hundreds of peers from around the midwest, meet with the exhibitors and sponsors, and take care of all of your CEUs for the year in one fell swoop.   In addition, you can stay at the wonderful Fairmont convention headquarters hotel in downtown Chicago for only $129/night!

ISHA Members:  The Illinois Academy of Audiology is pleased to offer reciprocal membership discount for registration.  Please use the printable registration form below, and note that you are an ISHA member on the form before faxing.  If the online registration system is used, the reciprocal discount will not be applied correctly.
